PAYMENT INFORMATION
- All payment transactions are conducted through Commonwealth Bank Payment Gateway.
- All prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
- We do not accept Diners Club or American Express; all other major credit cards are accepted.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
These will be organised on a case by case basis. All international order requests need to be emailed to apparel@zupps.com.au.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Australia Deliveries - Items will be dispatched within 5 Business Days
DELIVERY COSTS:
Delivery costs will be added to the total at a flat charge of:
$10 : All States and Territories within Australia
INSURANCE
Holden Lions Den will take no responsibility for uninsured deliveries. If you have any further questions regarding insurance, shipping or GST please email us at apparel@zupps.com.au.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Zupps Holden Lions Den are committed to providing its customers with excellent customer service.
- You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, are different from a sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to.
- We do not refund on discounted stock, sale stock, swimwear or underwear under any circumstances. We will happily exchange discounted or sale stock for size or colour only.
- We are happy to exchange current season stock.
REFUNDS
Zupps Holden Lions Den are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer service and refunds will be made should any item of merchandise not meet your expectations - as outlined above. Refunds are only acceptable within 30 days of purchase with Proof of purchase to be shown.
- All products must be returned in a saleable condition as soon as possible following purchase.
- Appropriate packaging must be used to ensure that no in-transit damage occurs.
- All returns will be inspected for authenticity prior to processing for refund.
- The purchaser may be contacted to clarify any issues relating to the returned product or to improve our quality processes.
EXCHANGE
Should another product be required in place of that ordered and received, an exchange for a product of similar value will occur. Any differential in price will be handled via an adjustment using the customer's credit card details. Exchange can only be accepted within 30 days of purchase with Proof of purchase to be shown

WHEN SENDING BACK ITEMS FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE
Return of merchandise should be made via Australia Post mail only and addressed to:

To ensure prompt service for all customers it is important that all returns are packaged appropriately thus preventing any in-transit damage. Zupps Holden Lions Den are committed to prompt processing of the return.
